This is due to the fact that we pay out the bands we sell on behalf of almost immediately and cannot go back in and retract their funds! We appreciate your understanding on this and would be more than happy to work with you on exchanging an item!
***Please note exchanges will need to be done within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of postage.
