First, check your item purchased.
There is a good chance this was a pre-order item with a ship date approximately 2 weeks in the future. This estimated ship date will be noted in the product's description.
If it was not a pre-order item and you have waited more than 12 business days for your order to arrive please file a customer support ticket immediately via the “HELP” button before reaching out to your payment processor! Doing so could delay the order process even more.
For any orders that are held up because of a problem on our end we would be more than happy to compensate you with discount codes for future orders, free items from the store, etc.
