Please just file a customer support ticket immediately via the “HELP” button located at the bottom-right of the page letting us know of your order mistake.
If the item hasn’t been processed or shipped yet we can easily fix it. However, if a few days have gone by and the order has been processed and shipped it will make things a bit more complicated. We will do our best to work with you to correct the mistake.
***Please note the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges to correct any mistakes made on their behalf. This includes entering the wrong address, ordering the wrong size or size exchanges.
